Carmichael Outreach Depends on Fundraisers to Serve Our Community
Carmichael Outreach is very thankful for our amazing fundraising partners. In a year, our fundraising events and partnerships throughout the year account for 20% of our total revenue. These funds are critical in enabling us to provide our programs to the community.

FIVE DAYS FOR THE HOMELESS
5 Days for the Homeless is back for 2024! This annual fundraiser, which takes place at the Paul J. Hill School of Business in conjunction with the University of Regina’s Business Student Society, sees five participants sleeping outside for five nights. During this time, students give up their basic necessities to promote dialogue about homelessness. The campaign runs from March 19th – 24th, with a fundraising objective of $50,000. Donation tables accepting cash, card, and e-transfer will be available around campus all week.
PLAY WITH YOUR FOOD
Play with Your Food is a community-based board game FUNdraising campaign to help fight food insecurity, poverty, and homelessness in Regina, SK.
We are blessed to be able to gather in camaraderie and leisure pursuits. It is important to us that we extend a hand to lift up those in poverty through donating to worthy causes that deal with homelessness and food security issues.
100% of all funds raised go directly to Carmichael Outreach
CHRISTMAS FOR CARMICHAEL
This is one of our biggest fundraisers for the year. Started in 2019, the annual event grows bigger and better every year. In one night we aim to raise $15,000 exceeding previous years.
For 2023, we will have an exceptional evening at Rebellion Brewery, where we have curated an unforgettable experience for our supporters. Delight in a delectable 4-course meal meticulously crafted by Chef Roberto of Tropezon Mex/Can Food, revel in live entertainment by local artist Ryan Hicks and renowned Jazz music by the Trent Reschny Trio. Guests will participate in a silent auction, and much more. It will be an evening to remember.
This unique event aims to raise crucial funds that underpin the various programs and services we provide to those in need. These such events hold the power to make a profound difference in the lives of our community’s most vulnerable individuals.
